Good location. Apartment is very small and has a sterile and cold atmosphere. But the worst part is that it will be hardly possible to sleep because of the terrible, thin foam mattress, that isn’t meant to be slept on but an underlay for a futon, is all you’ll get for a bed. Unless you want to wake up with back pain from sleeping essentially on the floor, avoid this place. ข้อดี - แถวที่พักเงียบสงบพักมา5วันไม่ได้ยินเสียงดังจากข้างนอกเลย ที่พักมีห้องนอนแยก2ห้อง ห้องนั่งเล่นอยู่รวมกับห้องครัว ส่วนของห้องซักผ้าและห้องน้ำก็แยกออกมา มีเครื่องซักผ้าและน้ำยาซักผ้าให้(แต่ไม่มีอบแห้ง) ใกล้ย่านshopping shinsaibashi ข้างล่างมี7-11 มีเครื่องฟอกอากาศในห้องนอน ที่นอนนุ่มอุ่นนอนสบาย ห้องปลอดบุหรี่ไม่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ใดๆเลย โดยรวมปลอดภัยดีคนไม่พลุกพล่าน ประตูล็อคแน่นหนาดี พัก3คนอยู่ได้สบายๆเลยไม่อึดอัด เอาขยะลงไปทิ้งได้แบบไม่ต้องแยกใช้กุญแจห้องเปิดประตูห้องขยะได้เลย ห่างจากสถานี shinsaibashi ประมาณ5นาที400m ถ้ามีกระเป๋าเดินทางแนะนำให้ใช้ลิฟต์ทางออก8 จะเป็นซอยร้านค้าพื้นเรียบลากกระเป๋าง่ายแต่คนจะเยอะหน่อยตั้งแต่ช่วงเช้าจนถึง3ทุ่ม ส่วนทางออก7ตอนกลางคืนซอยจะค่อนข้างเปลี่ยวแทบไม่มีคนเลย

ข้อเสีย - ผ้าม่านห้องน้ำขึ้นรา ควรเปลี่ยนได้แล้วดูแล้วไม่น่าใช่ของแพงมันไม่โอเคขนาดที่ไม่กล้าจับเลย ลื่นๆเมือกๆมีจุดราดำขึ้น พัดลมดูดอากาศข้างบนก็ฝุ่นเขรอะ เป็นที่พักเช็คอินด้วยตัวเองแต่ให้กุญแจมาดอกเดียวทั้งที่พัก3คนค่อนข้างเป็นปัญหาเพราะมีวันที่แยกกันเที่ยวต้องนัดเจอเพื่อให้กุญแจคนที่กลับก่อน แอร์ทำความร้อนที่ห้องนั่งเล่นปรับสูงสุดแล้วอุ่นไปไม่ถึงครัว พื้นเย็นมากต้องใส่ถุงเท้าตลอด อาบน้ำอุ่นอยู่ดีๆจะมีช่วงที่น้ำเย็นขึ้นมาเฉยๆต้องเปิดทิ้งเกือบนาทีถึงกลับมาอุ่นอีกครั้ง ในเว็ปจองบอกfree wifiแต่ไม่มีให้ใช้ รหัสก็ไม่รู้หาจากไหนในห้องไม่มีแปะไว้...

Will stay here again if I come back to Osaka. It’s so near to Shinsaibashi street and Shinsaibashi metro. There is a 711 near our stay. MCD, Starbucks and few cafe are nearby. The place is very quiet and functional as we used the kitchen and washing machine. Although the mattress is quite thin but we are ok with it. There is a big balcony for us to dry clothes too. Overall is a very good stay and will recommend anyone to come...
