I went there three weeks ago and the girl at the checkout counter was really helpful. I was looking for some cd's. Some where available for order. But not all can be guaranteed to be delivered in time.ミドリ especially is hard. The issue that is unrelated to the shop itself is that the things i was looking for had also online only actions. If you buy online you get the deal. In the shop you dont. I would have gladly paid upfront in the store and come to collect the music later. Anyway i think hmv should consider to have the same action in store as they do online. Still because the checkout girl was so helpfull i rate this as one of my best experiences...

Stopped by this record store after having visited it on multiple occasions in Tokyo. The prices here are reasonable and there are even boxes of records under ¥500 and you might even find a couple of hidden gems somewhere. I managed to pick up a couple of Beatles records for a great deal and an album that I’ve been looking for...
