Starbucks Coffee - Shinsaibashi OPA — Restaurant in Osaka

We were there early morning (around 7:30 ish) on Dec 18 (our last day in Japan), and ordered a sandwich, a wrapper, and 2 coffees. I noticed a hair when I opened the wrapper, and tried to ask the girl. Apparently she does not understand / speak English, so she asked the shift lead - a man in his mid 20 to 30 with some beard and typical Japanese size. I guess he probably understood what I said or what happened, and he tried to communicate but his English is also quite poor. What was very frustrating is, I think I heard he tried to say that is my own hair. He offered to replace it with another wrapper, which I declined (worrying they are from the same batch). I asked him to get me a sandwich instead, and for some reason, he did not do that, instead insisted to get my receipt and refunded me. I visited Starbucks Shinsaibashi in Osaka, Japan, and found it to be a decent choice. The food offered was standard Starbucks fare, not exceptional but certainly not disappointing. The staff were notably friendly and attentive, providing a positive experience. The environment was acceptable, although not particularly remarkable. Every 1 hour or so, they came around with samples. I was there 3~ hours and they offered me samples at least 3 times (and to everyone else). At night, they turned the lights down and brought out these little battery operated candles. A store that tries hard to make a nice experience and...
