my boyfriend went to this Chanel store to buy me a pair of sunglasses and sneakers, which I sent him photos of as a reference. I understand that many stores have different policies but he was not allowed to send me any photos of the products. I sent him a specific photo of the sunglasses I wanted which were an “oval” shape and the sales assistant gave him the “butterfly” shape glasses. These are two completely different products and I feel like I have just wasted money and have to sell these glasses. About2wks ago,I went there 2times. First, I arrived there nearly closed time. Female staff was great, kind and friendly. She was polite.she said the bag I want wasn’t had for now.So, I decided to come back next day for chance to get handbag. Next day , Male SA with curly short black hair and glasses which not recommended like he didn’t want to talk and I feel uncomfortabled to talk with . So, I decided to other brand in department store instead. Another branches at shibuya was nice ,I already visit all branches that area even if they spoke English not quite fluently but their service was kind and ready to serve. And if I had more day to spend in Japan I will go back to shibuya branch definitely, or if I come here again I prefer to choose SA who willing to serve...

This 5-star review is for Shohei. I visited this Chanel store twice. On my first visit, there was no line and I was lucky to be assisted by Shohei. He was wonderful!! Very kind, professional, and fluent in English. He understood exactly what I was looking for and made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I ended up purchasing a pair of sneakers that day.

On my second visit, the next day, I had to wait in line and was helped by another staff member. I was looking for a pouch, but he told me the store had absolutely none in stock, which was a bit hard to believe. I then went to another Chanel store, where the staff warmly welcomed me and showed me several options. So I purchased one there.
