I ordered lunch set A. It was served like a course meal. First, they served the steamed vegetables, which came with 2 types of sauce. I suggest dipping the veggies in both. It was surprisingly good. Next came the fried shrimp, which was cooked to perfection. Even the skin was crispy that I ate it all. I couldn’t get enough of it. Finally, the ramen was served. I think it’s not traditional Japanese but, who cares, right? It was light yet so flavorful. It has some fresh vegetables and fried garlic as garnishes. It also came with a slice of lemon. Squeezing some lemon on top of the ramen added some acidity to cut through the fat from the chicken broth. Food is good, but expensive with poor service. I came here alone for having dinner.During my time waiting for the ramen, I called back to my mom talking in low voice while other Japanese clients around were talking normally. As the ramen came, the male staff told me “Please go outside to talk on phone”. OK. I’ve been living in Tokyo and working in Japanese company for 5 years and this is my first time to be told so. There was no any sign about “Phone prohibited” and every of other clients were talking! And yes, this male staff was talking even louder when he answered the phone. Just because the language I used was Chinese? Poor Japanese service. I will not consider to come again and never recommend...

蔭山樓 表参道店さんは至福の時を過ごせフカヒレのコースなど絶品料理が食べられるフレンチ創作中華レストランになっています！🤗 今回はフカヒレ姿煮コースを注文させていただきました！ このコースはフカヒレ含めて絶品の料理が多数食べられまして、フレンチスタイルになっているので一品一品出てきてそれぞれの料理を味わうことができます！ 三浦の朝採れ野菜を使った前菜からはじまり、大きな海老をつかったエビマヨ、メインの鶏白湯のスープで丹念に煮込まれたフカヒレの「姿煮」、鶏白湯スープのラーメンなど一品一品に食べ応えと感動があり満足感がすごいコースでした！ 特にフカヒレの姿煮はトロトロしていて口に入れたときのほど良い食感とコラーゲンたっぷりのソースが絶品でとても幸福感を味わえる一品になっています！🤗 店内は木の温もりで落ち着いた空間になっていて 蔭山樓のコース料理は2名より注文可能ですので、デートや女子会や何か特別な日などにとても最適なお店だと思います！☺️ 是非至福の時間を過ごせるフカヒレ姿煮コースを味わってみてはいかがでしょうか？👊😭✨
