7-Eleven — Local services in Tokyo

I would like to give the 5 star good review to the lady receptionist who able to speak mandarin and talk nicely to us on 7 November night, as usual we come back to this 7-11 branch to buy our favourite daikon and kanjac noodle, although already sold out and we requested her to cook since we able to wait for 20min, and we shopping inside this 7-11 and bought a lot snack while waiting the daikon and konjac noodle. I really appreciate the lady shopkeeper

But the next day, 8 Nov, we came back again 3rd time, and we request the same order, but today being yell by the male shopkeeper name スタツフ, as the group of old folks not able to speak English, but we pointed the food that we want to him. Also, when the food finished, and we requested to add another 10 daikon and 10 konjac noodle, he refused to add, and show us the attitude until we requested another shopkeeper on duty to add for us. We understand we need to wait 20 min and we also mentioned for more than 3 times in English, we can wait, we want to walk around in this shop while waiting, but the shop keeper name スタツフ show his attitude again. if i would able to soeak Japansese, i would like to ask him why is he so angry just because the old folks cannot speak English? And they able to point to hom which food they want, why still showing bad...

Very unpleasant experience The staff was mixing Japanese and English at the same time when I spoke with her in Japanese.(She wasnt Japanese so actually i cant understand her Japanese nor English)

She asked me if I need anything and I asked for a straw for my coke, and she suddenly asked which size and ended up not giving any, she was claiming it's too short or whatever; then whyd you ask what do you need?

Overall, very slow service, bad attitude, avoid this convenience store...
