When you read the rude reviews on Google here, trust that it’s real. (It’s the first time I’m doing a review in a store from being absolutely displeased w the service)

Absolutely rude and distasteful service from the gentleman of a bigger build who was throwing the shoes around while serving customers. (Not that his other counterparts were any different but we were served by this particular gentlemen.)

Today (12/9/24) I bought my sneaker at this Ginza outlet. The service staff was very helpful, he helping with my shoe size request. The only problem was come to payment. Cashier girl was very rude and impatient. Frustrated face showed to me. Very very poor attitude. The cashier is the short hair girl. 2pm was my transaction. No customer service oriented. Though I wasn’t served personally I saw some Hong Kong tourists being treated very rudely by the clerk. Made me feel a bit sick and did not try on any shoes after that. Even though I’m not from Hong Kong or mainland china, I was sure the service wud be bad too given he probs can’t tell the difference between asians. Go to another Atmos if u can ! Kind of subpar, not much apparel as well. Although the shoes were slightly different from the other outlets. Would have wanted to get the custom paintings that were on display as they were interpretations of iconic shoes as people. Sadly they were custom made and not for Sale.

It was a pleasant experience here. Even though the shop was crowded and I felt it’s understaffed, Ryoma was really helpful and patient with our purchases. He made sure we checked thoroughly the shoes before we checked out. He recommended the suitable models to us as well 👍🏻
