One of the worst experience ever at a Chanel store!!!
Highly recommend the retail team of Chanel Japan/Asia to check on the sales team in regard to customer service performances in this particular store, make sure they are all properly trained and performs to their brand’s retail/customer service operational manual standards.
The least I expect from an elite fashion brand is that the sales reps do not lie to their loyal customers on the availability of finish goods in the stock.
I was told by a sales rep from this particular Chanel store that only one color is available on a particular style of the handbag when I originally asked I would like to know all color options still available. Not long later I saw other sales rep showing other colors of the same style handbag to the other customer. I asked why is this happening and the response were not a simple explanation, but instead was an excuse that the sales rep felt I would not want to see other colors, as if the sales rep decides the only one color finish of handbag is perfect for me and the rest color finishes of handbags are all trash. I was not expecting this kind of rude response at all so I just left the store immediately.
It’s just sad to see such behavior happening from a Chanel store, I totally understand it’s extra hard to maintain best performances in customer service when products always sells, especially to a brand like Chanel.
