Very bad experience. I feel personally insulted. I was treated like a thief in this store. I asked someone who was already inside to buy a chiikawa for me because I didn't have the right to access the store. After she giving me, she left at first. After I received the doll. The male shop assistant at the front door tried to snatch my doll away, saying that I had stolen it, and asked me to show the receipt. At the basement (B1) of Tokyo Station, outside the gate, nearest to Yaesu North Exit (八重洲北口). The shop opens from 10am to 8:30pm. I went here twice at around 8pm and 10:15am respectively, there weren't many people at night and I didn't need to queue for the cashier, while there were more people in the morning and there was a queue (not too long) for the cashier.
