I have been to several sushi restaurants, this is why I can compare and submit this review. Honestly, the sushi quality is not that good at all. The worst aspect is the service, since the restaurant is inside station, and most people are traveling from here, I just plugged my charger to the wall, since I have low battery and need to travel soon. The employee immediately jumped over in a very unprofessional way trying to pull it with her hands (without even talking to me at first or even warn my with words only or asking me nicely to take it out). She panicked and jumped to pull it, and spilled the soy over my shopping bag and my clothes. Now I have to travel with dirty clothes! And after that, she just said sorry sorry, and still came again to pull the charger. Then she said this is no no. And i asked and to pull with your hands items from the customer without any verbal contact first and spill the food over are ok ok?...

2024년 11월 22일 금요일 오후 8시 반쯤 남녀 2명 방문해 9시 28분 결제했습니다.

가게에서 계산을 실수해 9,430엔으로 계산됐고 제가 그 부분을 지적했습니다. 가게에서 다시 계산하셔서 360엔을 저에게 돌려줬지만 계산은 여전히 잘못됐습니다. 숙소로 돌아와서 찍어놓은 음식 사진과 비교해봤는데 저는 1,000엔 이상을 더 지불했습니다. 제가 사진을 보여주면서도 설명했지만 계산이 이런 식으로 된 것이 이해되지 않습니다. 도쿄역 한정 세트 1개 2,500엔 참치 5피스 세트 2개 2,900엔 훈제 3피스 세트 1개 850엔 연어뱃살 1개 350엔 관자 1개 250엔 새우 1개 400엔 오징어 1개 300엔 달걀 1개 70엔 콜라 1개 300엔 사진에 나와있지 않은 콜라까지 계산하면 총 7,920엔입니다. 환불 받은 360엔을 제외하면 1,150엔 돈을 더 지불했습니다. 옆 테이블에서 마시던 맥주 두 잔이 제 영수증에 포함돼 있었기 때문에 아마도 옆 테이블 계산과 섞여 계산이 된 걸로 추측이 됩니다. 옆 케이블 일본인 여성 두 명은 제가 돈을 지불한 만큼 싸게 먹고 기분 좋게 집에 갔겠지만 저는 기분이 좋지 않습니다. 도쿄 여행 마지막 식사였고, 너무 맛있게 잘 먹었기 때문에 다시 방문하고 싶을 만큼 행복한 식사였습니다. 하지만 계산 과정에서 모든 게 잘못됐습니다. 의도된 응대였다고는 생각하지 않습니다. 다만 처리 과정이 아쉬웠고 일행이 이 가게를 외국인 관광객을 상대로 속임수를 쓰는 가게로 기억하게 되는 게...
