Handmade cold or hot soba noodles. Super al dente noodles that go perfectly with the side of tofu, grilled miso and tempura. A refreshing yet filling meal perfect for lunch in between some shopping in Ginza.

Located on the 11th floor of the Mitsukoshi department store in Ginza. I would recommend going with the set with tempura, and getting the cold noodles.

TIP: No reservations needed, I'd go for lunch on a weekday so there are fewer people...

We were very hungry, and it seemed like every restaurant was busy, probably because many closed down during the emperor's birthday. Then, we randomly bumped into Soba's ๐Ÿœrestaurant. The pair of tempura ๐Ÿค shrimp was very delicious, but the size was smaller. As for the soba, I can't judge it yet. The appetizer wasn't to my taste, and price-wise, it was typical for department store...
