NATURAL LAWSON Ginza Mitsui Building — Local services in Tokyo

Visited this store because it was my first time seeing a "Natural Lawson." The store had warm lighting, interesting fresh food and snacks (pastries, cookies, instant noodles etc.)

The store itself is pretty complete, but the self checkout was a little hard to understand compared to other places that have the self checkout option. I don't understand Japanese and had to translate a lot of the options on the screen...there was some sort of English guide beside the screen, but it was also a little confusing. The fact that there is no staff makes sense for the whole "24/7" open concept, but we visited around 8pm and not a single person in sight. I would have thought there would be someone present to tend to the store.

So if you can't read Japanese and have no time to figure out the instructions, I suggest go to a regular...

I dont speak japanese and there is self-checkout only in japanese and i tap on the “call staff button”. The staff ( a girl with butch hair) came and sigh like a donkey infront of me and tap the screen angrily and told me to scan the items. So i did and i was confused on what it says on the screen, i stood there, looking at the screen trying to read the manual. And she came back to me sighing like a donkey again and tap the screen angrily. Won’t go...

I think this is a wonderful store with organic products ranging from food (including takeouts) to skincare. There are few Natural Lawson about and I like this store as it is close to the hotel I stayed in late January this year. Helpful staff too. Since I don't know Japanese and a foreigner, the lady at the counter...
