I cannot believe the way I was treated here! They made me feel SO uncomfortable and sad.
I went at 5 when they close at 7. They told me I needed an appointment. I told I travelled so far to get to the store and I didn’t know this rule. I understand that it’s my mistake for not knowing so I don’t hold that against them.
BUT then I showed them my $20,000 Van Cleef bracelet and asked them how I could make an appointment to return another day and THEY REFUSED TO TELL ME HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT when they said I can only enter by appointment only!!! That seems so condescending to me! Then I asked for a business card of a sales associate so I could make an appointment directly with them and they refused again. They told me they’re only a translator and can’t help me with anything. Excuse me?! How does that work? Why do they even work at this store?! You have a return costumer who spends a lot of money right at your doorstep and you’re treating them like this! I kept asking how to make an appointment and they ignored me and brushed me off.
This experience honestly made me never want to shop this brand ever again! I was going in to shop for my mom’s birthday and spend triple on her than what I bought for myself, but now I will go elsewhere to where I’m welcomed and treated...
Read moreVisted this store a few weeks ago during our vacation in Tokyo. Waited for the store to open at exactly 11:00 am that morning and was greeted by lovely Chie with a friendly and warm smile. I let her know the pieces I was looking for and she took her time to review and let me try on each piece. Her kind patience meant everything to us. After my purchase, Chie was kind enough to send me emails reminding me that I can get my necklace adjusted in length at my home country if needed. Aftersales service was definitely appreciated! We cannot thank Chie enough and hopefully, we will be back to this store soon! Thank you VCA Ginza Maison for such an incredible, first time experience with your brand and sales associate!! Read moreThe products were fine, but the wait times for this store are RIDICULOUSLY long. We had to make a reservation which customers are supposed to return in an hour (approximately) after when your reservation is called. But instead it took 2.5 hours, and we were forced to stay in the area because we needed to return to the store in a very short amount of time when the reservation is called or else we’d lose the spot. It took ridiculously long, even though I already knew what I wanted and how much it would be and they also had it in stock already. If they changed their service to be a bit more flexible, I’m sure they could have accommodated more guests if they wanted to. This place takes things too slowly. Find a different van...
