2 stars because the staff was really nice - but the woman who did my Brazilian wax clearly didn’t have the skills required. I have never been in so much pain during a wax, I actually started crying. I’m talking it taking her 3 tries to pull up a single piece of wax, having to use scissors to cut the wax on me, and profusely apologising every 5 minutes. She was very kind and doing her best, but was really struggling.

4 days later and a lot started regrowing already, which shows that a lot of the hair had been ripped/broken and not pulled out.

Normal price is RM130 (although they gave me a discount for RM100) which is not cheap.

Great place to get a wax, but ask for Stephanie, the owner. She knows what she is doing. They offer other services, but I was just there for a wax. It is close to Le Meridian if you are staying there.
