I went to send the empty recycle bottles, the staff name Sandra said they can’t accept today but they can the next day. I told I called KLCC outlet to check on behalf since I’m going to TRX so i would make the trip productive, did anyone call you to inform? I’m not free to come tomorrow as i’m working. She said not at all, and another Chinese short haired lady with awful face saying “Nope! Nobody call us!”

I told them i came from far that’s why I called KLCC (this branch knows me well) since I’ll be going to TRX so please check since this outlet has no contact number on Google. This Sandra staff showed her Facebook on her phone that the campaign starting tomorrow (2/1/2024), i told her I don’t play socmed.

Due to miscommunication between the office, i feel the staffs should be accommodative by accepting the recyclables then can send me QR the next day or something. A flat rejection gives me a bad experience, she shouldn’t be working there with that attitude as she should know that one customer will spend thousands a year for their products.

At 3.54pm Sandra called me asking if I’m still inside the building, i said i left. Then she said sorry, if you are here they still can’t accept the recyclables unless you come tomorrow because the campaign starts tomorrow. Not a good way to provoke me more.
