Purchase the special promo item on the first day of their website launching date. After a couple of hour they cancel my order and told us that there is some technical issue.

Contact them via Instagram messenger and the customer service told me just re-purchase the same item and price different will be RM 2K.

If technical support is not strong enough to support a launching sale, then better don’t do it. By simply cancel your customer support refer and get the pay the different or 2K not the right way to...

Went to rev runnr trx on tuesday (3 September 2024) around 14:30-1441. Want to check if asic novablast got stock or not there but this 1 staff malay male (kecik kecik). I want him to assist me about the size but dia layan nak taknak and i asking about size 9.5uk he said got that size but at the end he gave try the 10.5uk tu takpa lagi.
