Well, the food is good , however the customer service is one of the WORST I ever seen, I will never be back to this place after today, and definitely wont recommend it to anybody. I have been in this place almost two years ago, I really enjoyed it that time, and we were so amazed with the food and the service, this is our first visit to them after two years we were so disappointed, the meals portions are pretty small and more expensive, also you have to be seated your self and wait more than ten minutes or even you have to go to the reception to ask some one to get your order and the same thing once you want to pay( I went to the cashier to pay). When we spoke to the manager of this place I thought he would appreciate our opinions and do something about it, and that’s never happened, He was arguing us and never pay attention to us, the minute I was talking to him he simply left us alone and went to see some of his friends, this is totally an acceptable behavior from such a business owner. Finally we had the tourist card that gives you 10% ( the mall Managment provides this to there customers) he said that he only gives this to the shopping center staff and thats not true at all and he didn’t even bother to look at it, and the end he was forced to do so. At the end, it’s really doesn’t matter how good is your food or how many customers you have because no matter what, with such a customer service and such an attitude you will keep loosing them and shutdown your...
Read moreAssalamualikum, we hosted my daughter's 20th Birthday and my 23rd Anniversary today a Al Halabi . Wow, this place is awesome , it far exceeded our expectations . We have eaten Arab food in Saudia Arabia while I lived there and in other countries , so this place was the real deal with qualityat hung or even exceeding the best Middle Eastern food.
Br.Zuhair was the manager who was so caring , humble and just didn't say no to anything . He showed us with huge portions , and with a huge staff to cater to every guest personally . Our guests were full but yet couldn't stop eating , it was a treat after treat. The best items were the appetizers including the home cooked bread and hummus (OMG) , then the Lamb Mandi was simply out of this world , melted in our mouth. The kebab platter was huge and lot of well cooked variety.
The staff kept cleaning and kept checking up on us, they placed extra fans , made autome Morrocon/Green tea for some guests . Packed up all extra food very professionally and agreed to donate some to the needy so it's not thrown away.
I highly recommend this place , the ambience is great also, with multiple levels and fancy decore and ample lighting with choice of seating for large groups .
Thank you Mr.Zuhair and team !?

Read moreVisited this restaurant to celebrate my nephew and brother's birthday. They had quite a number of waiters and we were well attended by a Malay waitress (didn't get her name) who patiently explained to us the menu. While other foreign waiters looked perplexed - perhaps it's language barrier. We conversed in English though... Still the moment we entered, we were ushered in and the waiters immediately helped us to hide the birthday cake - can't appreciate the gesture more! Thank you
We had lamb and chicken biryani, lamb and chicken kabsah, hummus and chicken shish tawook. Shish tawook was super tender and flavourful. Breads that came with the hummus reminded me so much of Egyptian aish - a good vessel for the chicken. The rice was so flavourful and moist, beautiful long slender basmathi (I think it's basmathi - I don't eat rice much so I'm pretty clueless about it) grains. If only I wasn't on dietary restriction I would have devoured the whole plate by myself. The portion was humongous! 2 plates of rice can easily serve 5 Malaysians!
I forgot to take a photo of the patio because that's the best part of the restaurant. Nonetheless, the whole restaurant is tastefully decorated.
All in all worth every penny. Would love to return for a...
