Absolutely awful experience. We booked massages for three people and arrived on time, only to be told they had sold one of our spots to someone else. Instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, they casually informed us they could only accommodate two of us. When I told them I’d be leaving a negative review about the experience, their response was shockingly unprofessional—they said they didn’t care.

Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that values their customers and honors reservations.

The issue wasn’t just that you gave my spot away—it was the complete disregard for your customers. If you anticipate no-shows, overbooking should be handled in a way that doesn’t punish the guests who arrive on time and honor their reservations.

Fortunately, I walked right next door to Sandbar Massage, where they happily accommodated my entire group with no issues whatsoever. Not only was the service exceptional, but the atmosphere was amazing. I gladly spent more money there, met some great people, and even hung out with the staff. It was the best experience and everything your business failed to deliver.

I came to Medano Massages because I read the Sand Bar was like 50 tables in one room - whoa that sounds like a meat market. I showed up w my baby in a carrier on a Saturday afternoon, and they let me go up and check out the rooms bc my mother was worried about "cleanliness." They obviously have clean linens and towels, I was satisfied. About 20ish tables in the beachside room, 15ish in the streetside room. I came Sunday morning to get a 90 min massage for $50, and I was not disappointed. They told me the streetside is quieter and cooler, so I went there and was the only customer back there for half of my massage. Sonia asked if I want low or medium pressure. I laughed and said "mas de mediano si se pueda!" she gave me a strong massage rivaling Aveda and Chinese medicine massages I've had. We met family in Cabo for a reunion and one of our cousins booked us all at this place. It was fantastic! Our massage was so great we slept like babies that night, and my husband and I went back two more times! It was so peaceful to hear the ocean and have such an excellent massage. All of the staff was great but I remembered two of them in particular - Noemi and Cecilia.
