Made a reservation 3 days in advance for a pink beach lounger & umbrella via Instagram for myself & my husband. I arrived early a little after 10am because I was told to check in early. They did not have my reservation. I was nervous they were not going to honor the reservation but after I showed them the message confirming my reservation they gave us the pink lounger I had requested. We were greeted by someone who I believe is the manager and he said he would make sure our waiter came by to take drink orders. It took 40 minutes until the waiter came by & we asked for a menu. After 20 minutes, he finally came around with a menu & after another 15 minutes we placed our 1st drink order after being there for well over an hour. Shortly after we arrived a group was seated behind us at tables & they were upset because they had reserved the couches but were placed at a table & chairs & told the couches were reserved. We were there for about 6 hours & ordered plenty of drinks & food but it’s a long waiting game for the waiter to come around. The manager checked in on us often & noticed we waited a long time so he’d flag our waiter down. We did not mind too much since we were not in a hurry but other guests were getting upset with the slow service. While we were there no one was seated at the two different couch areas that the party behind us had wanted. It was so odd! In fact, most of the big pink lounge beds were empty. We loved lounging for hours & going back & forth from swimming in the ocean to lounging on the pink bed. The mojitos were sooo good & so was the ceviche & nachos. I’d recommend they collect a form of payment in advance. We saw a few ladies try leaving without paying but they were stopped on their way out & made to wait until the bill was brought over. 🤣 So many loungers & couches were not occupied but they were not allowing ppl who wanted those spots to sit there but instead they sat empty all day. Knocked off 1 star because the manager tried selling us a time share presentation which is annoying & the mix up of the lost...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I visited Corazon Beach Club and the Spa during our recent visit to Cabo and had an all around excellent experience.
At the beach club we were cared for by Rolando during two different visits and he was an absolute GEM! Rolando not only was quick to make sure we had a comfortable and well covered area, but he also was exceptionally attentive, offered recommendations, and always greeted us like old friends! He offered the type of service you can only hope for in busy resort spots and made us feel like we were his top customers in each moment! Having worked in a customer service for many years, Rolando is the type of person you want on your team, supporting your customers, and offering the care beyond expectations. Cannot recommend him or the club enough!!
Our spa visit was also incredibly magical! We opted into one of the couples experiences that they offer and both masseuses were super respectful of our comfort levels, provided some of the most memorable massages, and gave us plenty of time to enjoy our time in the jacuzzi following the experience.

Read moreBeware SKETCHY SKETCHY people work here and will ream you out of every nickel and dime you have.. went to the beach club with a group of people my husband and I put our food under our room and we settled up and paid and left prior to the rest of the group leaving .. they then CHARGED the rest of the group for our bill when we already closed it.. also my husband ordered a hookah but it was over an hour so he decided to cancel it.. when they brought the bill they still had the hookah on it and my husband said ‘hey something is wrong with the bill’ and they immediately knew it was the hookah .. okay well if you knew it wasn’t supposed to be on, then why is it ?
ALSO my husband and I tried to cancel our trip a day early due to flight changes.. they kept saying they couldn’t find the reservation number and then I told them I was already staying here and they had no problem of finding it THEN wouldn’t let me cancel? On there reservations and cancellation policy it says for the WHOLE reservation you need to cancel three days prior to arrival .. nothing about if you’ve already been staying there for a week and need to cancel the last night…
