Usually have to go in search of help from a staff member. I cannot believe the appalling state of the dressing rooms in their store in The Crossing.

The curtains just get worse and worse each time I go there. The hooks are broken and curtains hanging on for dear life. There are big clumps of built up dust at the bottom the large mirror at the end of the fitting rooms.

Most of the lightbulbs are blown.

Come on Country Road up your standards on the poor maintenance of your fitting rooms! They are a disgrace to your company's...

I usually love this store. This afternoon I was ‘greeted’ by ‘just to let you know we close soon’ (in an abrupt tone), at 5:14pm as I walked in by a staff member. Store is 5:30pm close, which I’m well aware of. I work in retail myself. I understand it is a long day in store. I am also perfectly aware of time & knew what I wanted, likely to be under 5min. Faith was amazing today! My 12 year old daughter was after a specific pair of jeans, they weren't on the shelf and Faith, who could tell how exicited she was, went out to their storeroom and dug out the jeans!
