Best Turkish Food CO. — Restaurant in Christchurch

"I’m a regular customer here, but I’ve recently been really disappointed with the changes in portion sizes. They used to offer two distinct box sizes, L and XL, with a noticeable size difference. Now, they’ve squeezed the XL portion into the L size box as the guy told me, yet still charge for XL and a Xtra meat in it and that's XL. If this is how it's going to be, they should just offer one size and stop advertising it as XL. The Uber Eats pictures even show different box sizes, which adds to the confusion.

When I called to raise the issue, the same staff member handled my call and assisted me in person, but his attitude wasn’t great. His tone made it feel like I was in the wrong rather than him trying to help. I even called ahead before leaving to check if my order was ready, but when I arrived, it hadn’t even been started, so I had to wait. I absolutely love Best Turkish Food , best place for food in Christchurch.I really enjoy the Monster rice kebab 🥙 they are really yummy 100 % perfect, best kebabs in Christchurch, burgers are delicious too as well as the souvlaki box. I use to always get two burgers nearly everyday, now I get the Monster Rice Kebab 🥙 nearly everyday. The sauces, rice, chips, salad,meat and bread are really nice and tasty. To anyone reading this I would recommend the Monster rice kebab 🥙 it maybe a little expensive but it is worth it. Very filling. This place was the best Kabab shop in town but now the quality is just ridiculous. Bajwa was the guy used to make best Kababs and consistent every time. Now there are few new staff and the Owner does not bother making a decent Kabab, spicy sauce was dumped in the middle, meat was not even hot, tortilla was not heated properly, lamb was burnt and dry and even salad is soggy and too much lettuce, last thing he put the whole bloody gherkins in the wrap how ridiculous !!! man being a food enthusiastic i DONT recommend this place anymore. It doesn't cost anything extra to keep the standards than bit of laziness moreover owner wrapped the wrap couldn't even wrapped properly but he handed out to me. not value for money at all.
