If I had a cent for each time something was forgotten in my order, I would have two cents -- which isn't a lot but considering I've ordered just two times from here, it actually is. I mean really? Going two for two is crazy.
The first time, they forgot my BURGER in a zinger box meal and I had to call multiple times to even get the phone picked up. Though I was (reluctantly) promised a free zinger box meal as compensation, the staff really could not care less, and it was evident both in their voice and attitude when I actually went to collect it. Now upon ordering today, I explicitly stated in my order for my family (which was a whopping $81 for just three meals) to please double check and not forget anything, and guess what happened? They forgot another item. We tried reaching out to them, I myself called them three times but nobody probably even bothered to glance at the phone. I really cannot be bothered to leave the comfort of my house, drive there again and confront them about it because, not only am I not that type of person, I know I'll get a barely-there look and silently handed a coke to send me out faster... and then the same thing would likely happen if I was to ever order again (I will not).
Apologies for this extensive review, I really do hate being that person but it hands down might be the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant. I get that KFC is a large fast-food chain, most of the workers are likely working on minimum wage, but come on. Even I wasn't this careless working in my minimum wage job. I know they probably wouldn't care to read this review either but hopefully it makes somebody else think twice...
Read moreStaff are real friendly. This store has management issues and not staff or floor managers fault. I am satisfied with staff and duty manager as they were all very helpful. I think that training for staff and manager may be why this store has received some bad reviews. Pretty hard for store to deal with the hustlers who hustle outside the store but thats been hard for many store owners.last 3 visits experienced issues. 1. Charged me twice and they were not trained to check that KFC received payment from.their end.They asked me log into my internet banking to check. 2.spent 30mins trying to use app, even staff had issues figuring it out.in end discovered you have to pay via credit card or HV bank app also. Left store empty handed however staff did all they could to try help so not staffs fault. 3. Missing item but staff were good and rectified issue. Pretty disappointed that main management does not train staff to deal with above issues. But Understand that staff do all they can and not like they on $30 an hour. Still I think the store could have tighter cleaning duties cause lazy customers make an awful mess and is hard for staff sometimes. Please be a tidy kiwi not a lazy...
Read moreThe food was good. But one "kid" (16/ 17-year-old boy) at the counter made it very obvious that he thought he was too good for the job and too good for the customers. He didn't talk. He grunted at customers. Threw peoples food and dropped drinks on the counter, then tossed the straws. He then went to empty rubbish bins and had such an attitude. Someone asked to get past him, and he just glared at them before kicking the rubbish bag across the floor. Not one person pulled him up on his behaviour, and one lady working with him was making jokes with him about customers.
