Rollickin Gelato Café (Cashel Street) — Restaurant in Christchurch

Rollickin Gelato is a chain that has gained an incredible reputation, and for good reason. While prices on its products are a tad higher than the ice cream you'd find at dairies and corner stores, the quality of products available is unmatched by anything in Christchurch. While I am not a vegan, the number of flavours suitable for the vegan diet is not only admirable, but extremely tasty. The atmosphere of the store is very pleasant and almost homely, and the store's business hours allow those who work late (like myself) to pop by for an evening treat. My wee boy can’t eat a lot of ice cream (only a scoop max) but he likes rollickin gelato and when we go there he usually asks a bit of two of the flavours at the time and every time we go there, the ladies have been very flexible and have given us a wee bit of each one with no problems whatsoever but unfortunately today one of the ladies which apparently her name is Sofhia Heng (that’s the name she gave me) wasn’t keen on given him a bit of both icecreams and was a bit rude about it. Me and my mates would go to Rollickin a lot of times, their area is quite nice and usually the staffs are always nice. But a week ago one of the staffs had served me and my friends with a very strong attitude, she gave me the wrong order. Which was fine at first but then as she was rolling her eyes at me and my friends. And other customers too. I think Rollickin could work on getting their staffs to treat customers nicely. Instead of rolling their eyes and giving sassy attitude. And another problem was that sometimes when I get ice cream, I notice that there are other ice cream flavours mixed inside or on the side.
