My sister was having a few around the corner at the pub and went here to buy two packets of cigarettes, she paid with cash and they assumed she was paying with a counterfeit note. She told them it wasn’t and paid with 3 $20 notes instead. She accidentally left her cellphone there (not knowing at the time) continued on her night travelling to her 2nd pub (last one of the night) and realised towards the ending of her night she had lost her phone! Ringing around the 3 places she went and re tracking her steps from her night the next morning she had no luck. Luckily her son’s phone was at home and is connected to her iCloud account she returned home and tracked the phone back to the inside of this shop!!! Who was in fact one of the 3 places she rung (as soon as they opened) to see if her phone was there, leaving her name and number (with everyone) in case it popped up.

Keep in mind that - The first pub is a local she stays walking distance from here and goes for breakfast and dinner and the occasional beer, the second pub was also a local and she gets along very well with the owner who said that if she tracks it there they will look properly and if no luck while looking they will check the cameras so we were already pretty certain she left it at this shop “URBAN MART”.

She put a lock on the phone and a number to call for whoever finds the phone (apple I cloud allows you to do this, also track the phone) rung the shop back and said she tracked the phone to the dairy, the person on the phone left for 30 seconds or less than a minute and said “my manager said he find it outside this morning, I’m sorry”.

Just very very sneaky & conniving! Shame on you! I repeat LIFE IS ALREADY...

Scammer!!!! DO NOT USE!!! this mart or money station. BEWARE!!! After my travel card was stolen, the company organised with Western Union for me to receive the cash. I was starving, jet lagged and needed my money for food. They didn't have all the cash but gave me $100, with me to pick up the rest in the morning. They said $20 convenient fee which I obviously said fine to due to circumstances. Next morning I double check the website, as a receiver there is meant to be no fee. I go to get my money and I tell him I checked the site there is no fee. This scammer refused to hand over my money got very angry and yelling about his rent and that I owe him. That I could complain to whoever he didn't care. I couldn't go to another location as this jerk had processed the whole amount on his end and the system would say I had all my money. For my safety I let him keep the $20 and got out of there as quick as I could, he gave me no recipe. And when reporting this to Western Union because he didn't give me his name that can't possess a complaint. He clearly knew this and has taken advantage of ppl before. BEWARE! Use any of the other 4 money stations...

I went to this store to get a sausage roll. Ate it and it tasted awful like it was hard as rock. Went in there and asked for a refund. His reasons for selling me this inedible food was that It was my choice when I grabbed the sausage roll and therefore my responsibility I responded by asking him why he would sell food he knows is not edible? it is not upto me to ensure the food quality other wise why would I buy a sausage roll??? His second point was that apparently some guy came in and got one 30 mins before and he said it was good??? Doubt it. Anyways he wouldn’t budge on the refund the pr 1ck so I settled for another pie. Was nothing short of awful. Had a bite and chucked it in the bin. Then someone who saw it all happen told me that the guy is a toss and has also sold him month old expired food.
