February 2009 Oyster Managing Director MARK WINTER sucked me into buying 2 x $100,00 shares for Eagle Technology House in Wellington with net return of 10% paid monthly. He told me over the phone that I needed to hurry as shares were selling rapidly. .Under pressure I took his advice. 2009-2013 I received $60,204.79. From 2014 - March 2019 ZERO RETURN. April 2019-September 2020 received $6,655.00 with no report of income statements for payments. 5th March 2021 get email from OYSTER AML who employed FIRST AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requesting proof of my identity under new Government legislation. Completed all of that AND THEN 29th March 2021 I receive a $75,812.00 payment into my account from Oyster. Oyster have not indicated what this payment was for or what it represented. Read moreOyster put their interests before their investors. Interest rates have risen and this has increased holding costs, however interest rates are still only at historical averages so oyster should have factored this in without needing to reduce distributions paid to investors. They are spouting some bull about capital appreciation over time. What they fail to take into account is high inflation also, so although over the long term there maybe capital appreciation this is offset with increased inflation and reduced distributions! I do not recommend Oyster to any potential investor find another investment that will fairly compensate you for the risk of...
