My worst experience ever with travel agency, let me explain why: We booked 4 tours (ruined’s, Sacred valley, rainbow mountains and Moray). We have been informed that Moray was not part of Sacred Valley anymore because of a road issue. Fair enough.

First day, we have been dropped late during the visit. We don’t know why… Second day (the magic begin), rendez-vous at our hotel at 7.30 am. We waited 2 hours, no one showed up. I was texting and calling our main contact, Andy over WhatsApp. No answer, but the guy was connected to the App… We finally decided to go to the travel agency. We understood that our group is gone for the Sacred valley including Moray. Really?! It was not possible when we booked our trips. So we booked 4 tours instead of 3. LIAR!!! At this moment nobody could speak English anymore… except « please wait 5 min » but after 3 hours it was not listenable. After long sessions of Google translate, we have decided to be reimburse and leave the place. Result, we lost one day of activities (you know when you have only few days). Thank you Andy and the agency! We do like your transparency.

My tip is to avoid travel agency or restaurant when people looking for customers outside, no matter the price! It works 100%...

My trip to Machu Picchu would not have been possible without these guys. I decided to go to Machu Picchu at 6 pm and at 6 am the next day I was already in the bus. Throughout all the trip I was able to communicate with everyone by watsapp and most importantly had an incredible experience in Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu. The bus picked me up in Cusco and brought me to Hidroeléctrica, where we had lunch and I had a 3h hike. In Aguas Calientes the guide Elvis met me and showed me the hotel and then brought me to dinner. He explained everything that I should know when traveling up to Machu Picchu. The next day I met our guide Percy and we went to the Machu Picchu with the group by bus. The tour was incredible, the guide had a great knowledge of the cite and gladly shared with us the information. I went back to Hidroeléctrica and then we were brought back to Cusco by bus. I am a solo traveler and my time in Cusco was very limited. The people from the agency were so kind and helpful and I am happy that I did this tour with them! We originally booked a one day tour to Machu Picchu with another company and they cancelled last minute. These guys made our trip to Machu Picchu possible and we had an incredible time. The option we selected included round trip transport to aguas calientes from Cusco including buses and trains, we even got a hostel included for one night and a tour guide to take us through Machu Picchu. I have nothing but gratitude for them for making it all possible for us.
