Staff are welcoming and respectful. Cozy vibe matches what others have said and they even have some merch for sale. Also, there's a private room available for meetings ideal for work or small gatherings. Fast order time. Everything was served quicker than expected.

Smashed potatoes had a bit of a strong vinegar smell but that didn’t stop them from being one of the best potato dishes I’ve ever tried. It’s a bit far from what I’d usually expect but it’s delicious!

The Breakfast Brisket (Manila-style) was great! Beef was tender and the scrambled egg came in a generous serving size.

Sisig Palabok: The idea of sisig in palabok caught my attention but the flavors didn’t really stand out. What I did love though were the eggs. They had this perfect, almost semi-soft boil. Pork was a bit tough to chew.

Sweet Potato Fritters: Looked like fried calamares at first, but they had a surprisingly light and healthy taste. The lemon dip added a tangy kick for the kamote fries. That said, the breading (or filling?) felt a bit unnecessary and got overwhelming after a while. Better for sharing.

Cheesy Kaldereta: Beef wasn’t hot. Wish they had heated it more. Tasted like the typical caldereta you’d find at a buffet or catering. Melted cheese on top was interesting. Its flavor stood out and really highlighted the cheesiness. The potatoes on the side were a nice touch too.

South Aussie Fried Chicken: Didn’t expect the serving size to be that big in person. Chicken was chunky. Reminded me of Max’s in terms of taste. Paired well with the potatoes and gravy though the dish as a whole got overwhelmingly rich after a while.

Tiramisu Latte: Loved the balance of sweetness and bitterness. Whipped cream took some time to blend with the coffee flavor but it eventually worked out. The dark chocolatey taste was distinct too. Tastes good overall!

10/10 would recommend and go back! Food's a bit pricey but honestly worth it. Service was also excellent and the servers were very attentive. The area was very clean, the food was served within like maybe 10 to 15 minutes of us ordering, and idk if it was because we ordered the best sellers but it was fast nonetheless. These were what we ordered:

✨️ Breakfast Brisket (Manila style) - You will understand why it's a best seller. This was so good, everything went well together, so well-seasoned, so mindful, so demure. ✨️ Cheesy Kaldereta (Manila style) - The boyfriend loved it! Works so well with the rice, idk how it'll pair with bread. They serve atsara with this and it all goes so well together. ✨️ Tofu Sisig - Think Max's tofu sisig but with onion rings! Soooo good as an appetizer. ✨️ Ube Cake - The ube flavor really stands out and it's not too sweet so the combo of the ube and cream is just 💯 ✨️ Tiramisu Latte - Tasted great! Can't really rate the tiramisu taste because I haven't been exposed much but I would still recommend if you like...

Take-out I ordered the tiramisu latte paired with the clubhouse sandwich. The coffee was pleasantly sweet not overpowering yet still flavorful. Unfortunately, the clubhouse was quite dry, especially the bread. Knowing Panco is from Melbourne, the sandwich fell short of the city’s great sandwich reputation.

We ordered takeout but ate it right after receiving the food. I’ll definitely try other items on the menu next time, but not the clubhouse again. It could have been much better.

Dine in We ordered the vanilla bean latte, chocolate cake, and ube cake. The coffee tasted just right balanced, not too sweet or bitter and paired perfectly with the cakes. The chocolate cake had a thick frosting that wasn’t overly sweet, with a moist, well-balanced texture that kept me eating until the last bite. The ube cake was a bit crumbly but pleasantly light and not too sweet.

One small note: the menu could use an update or refresh, as it’s starting to look a little worn-out and outdated. The staff are nice...

We had breakfast at Panco Cafe in One Ayala. We ordered the Breakfast Brisket, Charred Longganisa, Clubhouse Sandwich, Bibingka Salted Egg French Toast, and Panco’s Kakanin. The servings were quite generous. The Breakfast Brisket was tasty and reminded me of chunky corned beef. I really liked it. The Bibingka Salted Egg French Toast had a mild truffle-like flavor with a hint of sweetness. Panco’s Kakanin was my favorite. It tasted like a mix of crème brûlée, leche flan, and sapin-sapin. I absolutely loved it, but it might be a bit too sweet for others. Definitely best to share it. As for the service, they did miss one of our orders at first, but after we followed up, it was served quickly. There were only five of us in our group, along with a few other customers, and this was right at opening time. Overall, it’s a good spot for a breakfast meet-up. Just go easy on the sweets, especially if you’re ordering the kakanin and also having a coffee, it can get really sweet really fast!
