I am honestly very disappointed 😔 I've come here to do gel toes and Brazilian blowdry before and both times it was fantastic, however yesterday I came in to get nail extensions that took 3h and it's not even been 24h yet and 2 of the nails have come off for no reason. This cost me 2500 PHP and this makes me so upset because I was hesitant about getting my nails done because of the price and now I feel it was wasted down the drain. I got my nails done by them and they cut me a few times and all the lady said was that I had thin skin. She’s gaslighting me into thinking that it’s my fault that she cut me. Got me in at 8pm after dinner me and my whole family went to dinner…staff was amazing I don’t know anywhere where you can go and get lashes and hair done till midnight that is top quality like this . I’m very picky about my lashes and like them wispy and doll eye look and Michelle did that and isolated the lashes perfectly no clumping or burning she was better than lash techs I’ve had in the US and UK!!
