If you want a place to stay that’s somewhere close to the main beach and you definitely would want to be close to where the action is, then this is the hotel for you. You’ll be greeted with friendly, approachable and courteous staff who will go above and beyond to meet your needs and requests. (Welcome drinks? Hell yeah!! Also, shoutout to Ms Mitch from reception who took care of us during check in) The smiling faces never cedes to fade even as you have your free breakfast with an assortment of choices from Continental to Filipino style meals which is more than enough to fuel you for your exciting adventures at the beach. The rooms are large, well maintained and housekeeping is available everyday which we absolutely took advantage of on our 4-night stay. The pool was great but what impressed me the most was the staff, they always made sure that we were all taken care of even to the last day, upon checkout they even assisted us with our luggage until we get to the main road to hail a trike off to the port. This trip was made extra special because of the great service given to us by the hotel. Will definitely be back and stay here again in the future.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights during our visit to Boracay. The hotel is located in Station 2, which is the heart of Boracay and very close to D'Mall walking street. Although it’s not a beachfront resort, the white beach is less than a 5-minute walk away from the hotel. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with a complimentary drink. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, and communication was never an issue as most of them spoke basic English. The room rate included breakfast for two, but the only downside is that it’s not a buffet. Instead, you can choose one set breakfast from the menu, along with a drink, every day. The hotel also features a small swimming pool. The only issues I encountered were with the doors of our room and the bathroom. Both the room door and the toilet door were a bit difficult to open and close smoothly. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to those looking for a mid-range option, rather than a budget hotel. It is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, the beach, and the main road, offering a clean and comfortable stay 🫰

5/5 as we loved our experience in Giulius. We booked 3 rooms coz were 9. Me and my siblings stayed in the family room in which I really loved how they maximized the space and everything is organized (except that there is a lot of mosquitoes in both rooms of the family room- 01). We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well as their ✨️swimming pool✨️. The staff was nice and approachable. All in all, I can say that Giulius went beyond extramile to give their best service and for sure we will book again.

When we arrived we were given welcome drinks, allowed to check-in early, and room #21's air-conditioning was on --- wonderful feeling after the flight, tricycle ride, boat transfer, E-tricycle ride and the short walk to find the hotel. We were happy to be on the 2nd floor since Giulius Italian Resort has No Elevators. Room #21's WiFi was spotty and weak. The bathroom issue started as soon as we tried to wash our hands in the sink --- the faucet was so loose, it felt like it was going to fall off every time. We immediately informed the front desk, only to be told they've known about the problem but haven't fixed it. If management is running a tight ship, shouldn't problems be ironed out BEFORE guests check-in? Okay, we can work with this --- there's a sink right next to the bed (which design-wise, confused me), and that faucet can be used instead of the 1 in the bathroom. On the 2nd day, we were informed that the faucet was tightened already. Great. On the 3rd day, we returned around 2 PM, and were not allowed to enter room #21 because they have decided to replace the faucet. Okay, we waited...waited...waited. Finally, my tired husband's patience ran out and we insisted on waiting for them to finish the work in the comfort of our air-conditioned room --- after all, we're paying for it, and Boracay can get hot. Okay, we waited...waited...and guess what? They have to go buy another part for a second time --- turned out to be a bigger problem than they first thought. The staff is very nice, Carmila, Archie, Jea and the others, but enough is enough and my husband finally demanded to change rooms. With much ado, we were transferred to the ground floor, room #3. Guess what? The toilet won't flush!!! Look at the pictures I posted of both bathrooms and the plumber! Fyi: room #3 has premium cable channels and it's own router for fast internet. I could live with the noise of construction across the hotel and the side of the hotel. I could live with holding my breath when I walk up & down the alley so I won't inhale all the construction workers' smoking. I don't mind the walk to the beach. I don't mind Safe Deposit Boxes that only work with the key. I DO mind...

Pros||- Super near to station 2 main area and D'Mall. Can't ask for a better location and price||- The security guard at the front gate, feel safe||- Staff greeting you every morning and whenever they see you ||- Big & Spacious rooms, that are clean||- Toilets that looked white and comfortable to use||- Free breakfast which tasted good ||- Welcome orange drink juice ||- Hot and comfortable showers||- Was able to come back to shower and rest after activities at the white beach and D'mall.||- Strong and stable wifi ||||||Cons||- They allowed people to smoke in the hotel lobby and during breakfast. Smokers do not have an isolated and designated spot. Which means, be prepared to sniff in choking smoke every morning during breakfast when you check-in and check out. ||This turns me off a lot, as i was covering my nose while eating and requesting to change my seats. Hotel management should designate a special smoking corner and not make the entire hotel smoking-allowed. ||- Reused shower amenities like shampoo and conditioner. The packaging was so worn out already ||- 1 Cockroach spotted in the toilet ||- Room doors are only secured with a built-in door handle lock, no secure ||- Not sound proof. ||- I stayed at 4th level, not luggage friendly.||- Nice resort deco||- Cuzzy lovely King size bed with huge blankets and pillows||||All in all, will definitely stay here again when I am back in Boracay in future as the location and service are...

We were originally booked for a different place but it wasn't at all what we were promised and it worked out to be a good thing because we found this hotel and it was great! There's a pool right in the middle of the courtyard and that was right outside our door. That was so awesome. Never had that before and it was really nice. It's a smaller pool but it wasn't busy and me and my family loved it! The staff was exceptional all around. Mitch at the front was wonderful and always greated you with a warm smile and always helpful and just an all around lovely person. Archie the manager was great and understood when my new tattoo leaked on the sheets a bit that it would wash out no worries. The serving staff Ria, Irene, and there was 1 more lady but sadly her name has escaped me were all amazing and just lovely to deal with. The security guard at night "M" was always very happy, helpful and great to talk to. The walk from the hotel to the main beach strip is just a short walk down the street. Literally 2 minutes if walking slow. Very close to everything. We had a wonderful stay all around and wish we could have stayed a few more days. We will for sure come back to Boracay and will stay here again. Thank you all for a...
