Likely the best Legit massage on soi 4. I've been every other day of my stay.
Now for those new to Thai foot massage, The first timers, I'll give you the scema or the way it works at 99% of the places here in Bangkok.
Usually one of the staff outside the shop will offer massage to all Street walking traffic. You may say yes please, foot massage 1 hour.
The staff says the price and if you agree, don't bargain, it's good value and easier than doing it yourself.
Next follow the staff in the door. You need to take your footwear off here.
You will be given a pair of rubber sandles, put them on and follow the staff to the foot wash area. Here they will clean and dry your feet.
Next you will be directed to your chair or recliner... Now you will be sat down and your massage may commence.
If you have a good operator, they will generally start with your Right leg, and just give it a bit of a warm up, and then often cover it up with a towel to keep warm.
Next they will move to your left leg and do the same steps, but will follow through with that complete process on the left, then go back to the right leg and complete the process there.
You will know this has occurred as the staff get up and walk away.
"DON'T PANIC". She is just going to wash her hands. She will come back and ask or gesture for you to get up and now sit on the little stool your legs were on.
Now you get a neck, shoulders, and upper back massage. All good value in my not so humble opinion.
And P's does all...
Read moreHad the full spectrum of experience here. Came in two days ago and had an amazing Thai massage with a younger masseuseâstrong hands, found my knots, etc. One of the best massages Iâve ever had. Unfortunately I didnât catch her name, and when I came into the shop two days later I had an older masseuse who was the complete oppositeâweak hands, only could apply pressure by putting her full body weight into my back with her knees. I literally got up and left halfway through cause it was such a negative experience.
Good shop, good prices, decent facilities. Donât want to knock them too hard or name shame specific masseuses, but know that a bad massage is certainly possible here.
Lesson learned for me. Iâll probably walk into the shop and see if the first masseuse is there and leave otherwise.
Now I got to walk around and hope the second masseuse didnât irreparably...
Read moreThis is a factory massage shop with tons of tourists side by side pumped thru on an assembly line. When I first arrived I asked for the most experienced masseuse available, and they said they were all "the best".
They quoted me 500 at the front door for a 90min foot and Thai massage but once I got in, the price changed to 600. Unfortinate bait and switch tactics. I should have bailed out at this point.
The thai massage and foot massage were both completely mediocre without any attention to detail, lack of preasure, and no consistency from one side to the other. While the lady was nice, the experience was lacking. It was difficult to relax being shoulder to shoulder with 20 other tourists in a room.
Ive had plenty of wonderful thai massages, many of them for far less money than P's. I'd do your research and find a place that has better trained staff and...
