It was a bit hard to find the hotel, asked the BTS station staff but they gave us the wrong directions because they were not sure. On Saturday I went down to Let's Relax at Central World and they were fully booked. I called them again to book for Sunday but they were fully booked again. Read Google Reviews and saw that the next nearest alternative was this Arnoma Hotel branch. I called on Saturday night to make a booking for 2 people for the Dream Package on Sunday morning at 11am. The lady over the phone was helpful, I listed down the types of massages I wanted and she suggested the Dream Package. When we were lost and were going to be late for our appointment, i called and the lady kindly shifted our appointment time to 11:30am. When we reached Let's Relax at Arnoma Hotel, we waited for a very short while before a lady came up to us with 2 towels and 2 small glasses of pandan juice (which tasted nice and refreshing). We were then made to remove our footwear and change to their slippers. Payment for the package was to be made first, 850 baht per person, so 1700 baht in total. We then walked over to a small seating area for two people with 2 basins on the floor. Our masseuses washed our feet with soap and water. They put on the slippers for us and brought us into a room with recliner chairs. There, they did foot reflexology on us which involved wiping down the feet first, then using a balm to rub our feet and legs (all the way to the calves). They used some stone piece to poke pressure points at the bottom of the feet. Next, they did hand massage which didn't really help with the aches. The back and shoulder massage was done on a special sitting down chair where your face is placed on a circular pillow with a hole in the middle for you to breathe, it was honestly a bit uncomfortable and hard to breathe, especially since we wore our masks the whole time. The massage involved using elbows and it hurt and was sore afterwards. The "special" chair also kept creaking and I was better off getting the massage on the stool. The best part was after the massage they gave each of us mango sticky rice and tea. The massage was passable, the food was better 😅 the quality of massage is comparable with the Central World branch which I went to on Monday.
Getting to Let's Relax at Arnoma Hotel:
Hope this helps anyone who wishes...
Read moreWhen I couldn't get a massage at the Let's Relax CentralWorld branch because they were fully booked, their staff was incredibly helpful. They called the Arnoma Hotel branch for me, which had an open slot. I went straight to the Arnoma branch, located on the 4th floor. It was so quiet and private. The staff was great, and they even suggested I shower before my massage. I was given a tablet to fill out a questionnaire about my pressure preferences and any areas to focus on or avoid. My masseuse was excellent and followed my requests perfectly. The massage ended with delicious mango sticky rice and herbal tea. It was the perfect,...
Read moreVery disappointing. The masseur had strength but was inexperienced so that the Thai massage had points of start and stop. Which were disconcerting. When she did my back, my nose was squashed into the mattress. And when the massage ended, I saw a long pillow that I could have used to provide some support!!!! Her manner was brusque too but maybe it was because of her lack of command of English. I can forgive lousy service if the massage is good. But this one … let’s say other than the sticky rice they gave for free - which was pretty good - I’d say there was nothing to redeem it. Am hunting for another spa to go to now....
