Light of India - 1 — Restaurant in Patong

Found a gem of this place just outside our hotel in Patong. For Indian food it is just like a heaven, with a taste that would leave behind some of the great Indian restaurants in India with portion size that would easily accommodate 4 people and to top it all off, all the items are very economically reasonable, you could also find items that are even cheaper compared to their versions in India. For those looking for Indian food with great taste and a bang for their buck, I would highly recommend Taste of India 1, a home kitchen away from home.

PS: Shout out to all the staffs who were very kind and accommodating with our repeated salad request. Bow to the great chef Sitaraman Sir for the great food we had over the course of 5 days. We would always be in your debt....

OMG! I’ve been in Phuket for 7 days, and on 2nd last day I was really craving some good Indian food. I walked in without high expectations and ordered Rajma, Rice, Salad, and Papad. Honestly, I didn’t think it would taste that good because not everyone makes Rajma well—but since I was craving it, I gave it a try. And wow… it turned out to be really, really good!
