I needed to get a new washing machine for my apartment. I spoke with Berkay, who was friendly and helpful and speaks excellent English. He quickly helped me identify the machine that I needed, which was one of the cheaper models on offer (he wasn't trying to push an expensive model on me). Two days later, two workmen carried the machine up five flights of stairs to my apartment, installed the new machine, and took the old machine away with them.
