This was the worst hair experience I have ever had in my life. I came in at 3:30 and left a little past 9 pm. I wasted almost six hours of my day here just to leave looking worse than I came in. Mr Savas is the owner and did not do what I asked and he go over the pricing with me despite me asking in the beginning. He said he wouldn’t know until we finished. Very strange. He is allegedly an experienced hairdresser but he somehow managed to burn my scalp which left painful scabs all over it. My hair has never looked worse. I asked for a golden blonde warm honey hair color and he gave me an ashy blonde with very awkward brown orangey roots. My main issue was to resolve my haircut and all he did was cut my hair short. He did not address my concerns. The worst part is how he scammed me. By 9 pm his last employee had already left and I felt very uncomfortable sitting in the salon by myself. He recorded my hair and asked me to move accordingly to hide the flaws. His comments were strange and flirty. It was very gross. I do not suggest going there by yourself or at all to begin with. Unfortunately I was not happy at all with the “finished product”. As he did not discuss pricing with me beforehand he proceeded to tell me a very unrealistically high rate that was obviously not accurate and infact said he was giving me a discount. In total I paid 8000 Turkish lira for a quick choppy haircut and disgusting hair color. I wish I had never gone to get my hair done here’s never again. I’m just happy I made it out of there safely. I am not a tourist, I live in Istanbul and have experienced continued unprofessionalism from this kuafor. My first impressions of them were great. I got a haircut and botox treatment which I was really happy with. Next time I booked with them I messaged them on Instagram to book a Brazilian wax and manicure. They did my manicure first then told me the lady has to go to her other job and I couldn't get the wax. I was very understanding and rescheduled for the next day. When I turned up the next day, they hadn't written down my booking. They took me to their friends salon who told me I had to wait 2 hours for an appointment. I went to get lunch and coffee while I waited then went back to have it explained to me that the lady who was going to do my wax had gone home. A few months go by and I haven't found another place that does Brazilian wax near where I live so I book again with them via Instagram, confirming several times the treatment and the time I am available between my busy work schedule. I arrive to the salon to be told yet again 'could I please wait 2 hours'. No. Sorry, I am a busy professional and I book appointments at certain times because that is when I am available. It is obvious that they don't consider or value the time of their customers. I will no longer be booking...

The best trip I had to the hair salon in my 32 years of life. Before I came to his salon I did 2 days of hair salon research for Istanbul ( I come from Germany) and finally and for my luck I found this awsome place wehere everything was right- awesome work, transparent price, excellent quality and the best hair treatment I ever got! I actually wanted a more expensive treatment but he recommended me a other one because it’s better for my hair even though it was cheaper than the one I wanted, he really knows what he is doing.

I can highly recommend his work and the hair Botox treatment and the hair cut I got was just perfect, so accurate just awesome, I really love it. I am more than satisfied and it looks so beautiful. Thank you so much!!!

I would like to take his salon back home to Germany so I can visit him every month, but I even thinking of the option flying back to Istabul every 4 months to get my hair done so beautifully.
