Aydinli Cave Hotel — Hotel in Göreme

We stayed in Sept 2021 for 3 nights in Cappadocia, coming from Istanbul before going to Bordrum and even the other two hotels we had, were 5* hotels, none could compete with the service and breakfast of Aydinli Cave Hotel!!!!! We absolutely recommend this hotel. Cem, who sits in the front desk, is amazing, as well his staff. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, Cem and his staff were very kind, helpful and trustworthy. I liked how humble he was and not acting like other Turkish Hotel managers, instead he was even helping his staff whenever and wherever he could. The staff worked like a family and took care of the guests like a family, which was very welcoming. The moment we arrived Cem offered us all the guide tours, gave us a full information about Cappadocia and advised us very well. We booked the balloon ride, museum, horse ride and all the other activities with him. We had already compared the prices before, even asked once we arrived the local tours and Cem truly offers you in the hotel the best prices for the best service - so please book with him your ativities in Cappadocia. The location of the hotel is absolute amazing. The hotel is just 5 min walk distance away from to the main market and just the right elevation where you can see the valley and balloons hover. A cave is not a luxury hotel, so you should not expecting a 5* Hotel interior, but the experience you have of staying in such a cave is aesthetic and one of the bests you will have while being in Cappadocia. The breakfast you get is huge, the fruits are very (daily) fresh - which we didn't experienced in any other Turkish 5* hotel, and it is extremely delicious. And as I said, the staff is the most polities staff, most humble, most welcoming and most helpful service we have experienced during our stay in Turkey. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Aydinli Cave Hotel in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family. A special mention must go to Mr. Gokhan, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, informative, and enjoyable. His warmth and hospitality really stood out. All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating—always ready with a smile and eager to assist with anything we needed. Their knowledge of the area and thoughtful suggestions helped us make the most of our time in Cappadocia. The cave rooms are simply stunning—beautifully designed with great attention to detail, combining traditional charm with modern comfort. The space was generous, the room smelled lovely and fresh, and everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was quite lavish—certainly more luxurious than what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. It honestly felt more like a boutique 5-star experience. My 4-year-old absolutely loved it—the cave room fascinated her and added such a unique touch to our trip. It was a joy to see how much she enjoyed the space, and how comfortable and safe we all felt there. This hotel may be rated 3 stars, but it feels far more premium. From the moment we arrived at Aydinli Cave Hotel, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality that we instantly felt at home. The location is absolutely perfect—tucked into the hillside with breathtaking views, and just a short walk to all the amazing restaurants and shops in Göreme.||Melody and Gorkan at the front desk were outstanding—so friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. They made everything so smooth, from check-in to arranging activities. Abdullah was also a star—he kindly took our bags up and down with such care and a friendly attitude.||The breakfast was incredible—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented on a terrace with stunning views. It was the perfect way to start each day.||But the true hidden gem of Aydinli? The hammam. We’ve experienced hammams in Istanbul before, but the Aydinli Hammam truly surpassed them all. After a long early morning flight and days of sightseeing in Istanbul, I had the most relaxing and rejuvenating treatment with Fatima. She was absolutely amazing—I have never felt more relaxed. I walked out feeling like a newborn baby!
