Luvi Cave Hotel — Hotel in Göreme

here is my honest review: i wish this hotel not to be too popular.. but i am so thankful by boris and arif's service. quite at night, unique and clean room condition and best ever service.

On the first day i arrived this hotel, i loved the interior and exterior of the place. all rooms are seperately located behind the reception center which gave us more privacy and felt real to staying in cave.

We've walked around other hotels just to see at night, and some places are quite noisy because parties going on near by. if you prefer quite peaceful place, i recommend here.

Service. We booked balloon tour seperately through klook and on the first day the balloon did not rise. it was our first time visiting Turkey from Asia (which means costed lots of money just for the balloon tour) and there was no next time. We were so sad and unprepared not to book again right after so all ballons for the next day was fully booked. I desperately asked Arif at Luvi receptionist, if he can help us out. long story short, he found few options while we were doing other daytime tour, and we were able to book with no stress at all.

But, klook troubled again. our next morning flight shuttle pickup time was 6:30 am which conflicts with return time from balloon. the shuttle company let us know too late so we weren't able to cancel our balloon or the flight. (flight was 10am which was too much time waiting in the airport). Here, Boris helped us out in every espects. he called the shuttel company, finding other option to get to the airport, even packing our breakfast because we don't have time for dine in. there are more delicate caring points but i will make it short and secret because boris may feel pressure hehe. but of course i believe he will do his best to his guests:)

Such a generous and peaceful place to be. i loved every part of it but just mentioning highlights of the best.

In July 2022 for my girlfriend’s birthday. We had the pleasure of staying at Luvi Cave during our trip to Kapadocia, and I must say it was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff's warmth and hospitality left a lasting impression.

Despite the language barrier, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine smiles and unwavering dedication to making our stay enjoyable were remarkable. They were always ready to assist us, whether it was recommending local attractions or arranging activities like balloon rides and quad bike tours. Their efforts truly made a difference and added to the overall enjoyment of our trip.

The breakfast at Luvi Cave Hotel was a delicious affair. The attentive staff made sure we had everything we needed, ensuring a delightful start to each day of our stay.

The rooms were beautifully designed, combining the charm of traditional cave dwellings with modern finishes. It was a unique and cozy atmosphere that truly immersed us in the local culture.

Additionally, the hotel's rooftop deck was a perfect spot to witness the breathtaking sunrise and marvel at the picturesque sight of the sky adorned with hot air balloons. It was a mesmerizing experience that captured the essence of Kapadocia's beauty.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel during the 2nd week of March. We were contacting Boris a few months prior to our arrival with booking of the hot air balloon rides and other activities. I was very impressed with the personal attention, so I was feeling good vibes even before we arrived. At check in on a very late night, we felt welcomed and was ready to rest. The room was very well design, no clutter, and very clean. The entire property is very beautiful and well appointed. In the morning, breakfast spread was plentiful and changes everyday. Everything was delicious and the service was up to par with luxury boutique hotels. With that being said, it is all due to a good team of the staff there. They are readily available but not in your face. We stayed in 2 different rooms there, both were unique and special in its own way. We booked a day at the close by spa and it was very relaxing. They are there to render anything you need to know, where you can go, and customize your daily activities for you. Thank you for the warm hospitality and sincere welcome. We are looking forward to return and bringing our loved ones the share the experience at Luvi Cave Hotel.
