I am writing to share and express my disappointment with the treatment my family and I received during our visit on March 1, 2025. While our London Eye experience was enjoyable, the service during the River Tour was unacceptable.

We had pre-purchased fast lane access for both attractions, but upon joining the line for the last River Tour of the day, a staff member informed us our tickets were for an earlier time. Despite my quick effort to rebook, the rude staff member made my family wait aside. When I returned with the corrected tickets, she accused me of “shouting” and even threatened to deny us boarding. We eventually boarded after speaking with another staff member, but we felt humiliated and discriminated against, with no apology or explanation.

This was a deeply disappointing experience, and I would not recommend the River Tour due to the staff’s unprofessional behavior. I hope this issue to be addressed and the story to be considered by...

London City Cruises is a fantastic way to see the city from a whole new perspective. The experience was smooth, fun, and full of great sights along the Thames. The crew were absolutely amazing – friendly, funny, and full of interesting facts about the landmarks as you sail by. They really added to the atmosphere and made the trip memorable.

It’s perfect for sightseeing at your own pace and ideal for families or groups who want to explore different parts of London without the stress of the Tube or buses.

Boat nearly half an hour late. No members of staff around, had to ask someone working for one of the other two companies.

Then when we got on, the commentary was so loud it was like someone shouting at you. Had to turn up volume on ear buds to drown it out as my son and I were getting headaches.

The boat itself seemed older and dirtier than the other operators as well.

When I spoke to staff they were extremely unhelpful. I asked for the captain's name and they refused. Then someone came and spoke to me but refused to give me his name. He turned out to be the first mate. I did speak to the captain when we got to our destination and he was equally unhelpful.

Even though we had 24 hour tickets, we didn't use the boat again, which added to the inconvenience.
