I rarely leave reviews on products but being so pleased with our Clearlight sauna this will be one of the few. From initial enquiry the service from the team was exemplary, helpful, informative and honest, no pressure they advised me to do research on the different technologies and alternatives which I did, you can tell they really believe in what they are doing. We wanted an Infrared sauna purely for the health benefits, specifically to protect against cancer, get rid of toxins, boost the immune system and improve cardiovascular health, I had done a lot of research and some of the high end Swiss health clinics were all using Infrared saunas, there was also a lot of compelling medical research leading me down this route. I found many cheaper options on the internet but I went for the Clearlight for several reasons, I am aware of the importance of low emf and I found no others that took this so seriously, also most only had either carbon or ceramic heaters, my research led me to realise both is better providing the full infrared spectrum, the model I went for the Sanctuary which also had the colour therapy, although sceptical my research showed this to be of real health benefit. The warranty was also important to me. My sauna arrived earlier than expected, my only concern was building it myself not being the best handyman and I was surprised that at this price they didn't offer a chargeable service to build it, however when it arrived and we unpacked it we found it was very simple to build, clear instructions easy to follow, very well made, fit together perfectly with 2 people and I must say if I had paid someone to build it I would have regretted it. Now to using the sauna, we have had it just over 3 months now and my wife loves it, I think she would get rid of me before the sauna, she uses it every day and sometimes twice a day, she says it has improved here skin, she feels energized and she sleeps better. She jokes with her friends who are slogging it out in the gym that she burns more calories chilling in her sauna. I use it 3-4 times a week, I have never been a fan of saunas only being able to stand 5 minutes or so but this feels different, not as uncomfortable, research says you need to use it for 30 minutes plus for the health benefits and I can manage this easily, I believe it is as the infrared heat penetrates the body itself rather than just warming the air it doesn’t need to be so uncomfortably hot. I would say for me it has had a positive effect on my energy, blood pressure and somehow reduced my snoring to the pleasure of my wife. The built-in music system and phone locker with usb charger is also a well thought out addition making the whole experience very spa like and relaxing. We are looking forward to the retrofit VIT D lamp to be released now, another thing missing in modern society. I’ve been a fan of the traditional saunas for years at least 25 years. I learned about Clearlight infrared sauna through a friend who explained all its health benefits and I was sold.

When it comes to my health I never question my investments especially if reviews are excellent by renown doctors or scientists. It’s still surreal to think I have a infrared sauna in my house but what’s even more surreal is how I feel on a daily bases.

Environmental toxins are impossible to hide from. The food we eat and the chemicals we come into contact with too. My bodies natural detox is not optimal. I learned this through a DNA test so having this to ramp up my detox pathway is truly spectacular. I find my recovery level after training and cycling has increased and I feel clear headed and focused after a session too.

One special feature which I love about the Clearlight sauna is that you can listen to an audiobook while you relax so it doesn’t feel like a waiting room. Some days I’ll put on some classical or baroque while I meditate in the moderate heat.

It’s not intensely skin scorching like the traditional saunas. It’s a mild heat that is gradual. You notice your sweat before the heat which is another surreal experience. I normally pre heat for 20 minutes and bask in the ambience.

After a few months of research & visiting a few Sauna Retail Outlets I came across "ClearLight Saunas" - The more I looked at the details, reviews & YouTube Videos on the Clear Light Sauna it was an actual no brainer in the end - ClearLight Saunas won my business hands down - Now I have to comment on the salesman that actually sold us the sauna - David Kennedy - BTW when it comes to David then to label him a salesman is disrespectful to be honest because he is a no pressure professional who knows his ClearLight Sauna information & knowledge 110% - David is a first class knowledgable ClearLight specialist - I spoke to David 3 or 4 times before we ordered & paid for the sauna (Full Spectrum 3 x Seater Infra Red Sauna) - David was extremely helpful with zero pressure to purchase - Since the arrival of our sauna David has been at the end of the phone to answer any questions & we have had 3 or 4 questions just too clarify a few points - So Many Thanks David for all your service before / During & now After - Now the Sauna - What can I say - Our-decision was absolutely 100% spot on - Looking forward to tonight when we use it for the third time in 5 days...
