Decford trained me for a number of years, and it only came to an end because I moved job and location. He did an amazing job with me - he took me from doing no exercise at all and with poor nutrition and got me in shape for my wedding. I went from around 80kgs to just under 70kgs in a short space of time, building my strength, mobility and flexibility throughout. His advice on nutrition was practical and sound. He kept the sessions interesting and mixed up the exercises, teaching technique and form throughout. He's supportive and got me to feel more confident and motivated. I was referred to Decford by my best friend, as I saw he was getting results in quite a short period of time.
