Savage Gardens — Local services in London

Went there for cocktails, left and realized I had left my gift bag there. Called once I realized about 15 minutes later said they had tried to run after to me and that the bag would be put into lost and found, came back after 5 days later to pick it up and it magically went missing and couldn’t be found? Seems to me that someone decided to take the presents for themselves..The manager of the hotel was rude and dismissive to make sure they did not look bad.. they seemed to place the blame on me for not knowing color of the bag even though i explained each item inside the bag and they also tried to give me someone’s else’s bag. Not worth the money

The Savage Rooftop Bar has a great view of London and the Tower Bridge. However, that's about it. The bar was moderately crowded. After 10 waiters passed by us, one finally took our order out of pity. Our room number was not known in the bar, so we had to pay immediately, even though we were asked before if we wanted to pay upon leaving the bar. They seemed afraid of not getting their money.
