My wife and I were in Talkeetna 3 years ago celebrating our 25th anniversary. While wandering this wonderful town we made our way into Once in a Blue Moose. They had a 'Cool as a Moose Talkeetna, AK' tye died t shirt. I love tye died clothing. Once a I found my size a purchase was made. The shirt was a reminder of the fantastic time we had in Talkeetna and celebrating our anniversary. Now 3 years later the shirt has seen better days. I had looked on their website and there were no tye died t-shirts. I attempt to call Once in a Blue Moose, but never got an answer. I find out Talkeetna Gifts and Collectibles is a sister store of Once in a Blue Moose. I call the store and a very nice young lady answers. She informs me that Once in a Blue Moose is closed during winter. I ask about the tye die t-shirts and they have in stock. I order one and wait.
