I read good reviews about this place and wanted to try the salmon burger that others were raving about. My burger was a big wide handmade patty that came with some sauces, peppers and onion. The chef suggested adding cheese, which sounded unusual to me, and he said that it had originally seemed that way to him too, but it really paired well. He also suggested some sriacha and black pepper, so I went with the chef's recommendations. I also ordered some fries.

The fries were long thin and crunchy, and tasted good. The highlight though was the salmon burger, and it was hands down the best salmon burger that I have ever had. If you are in Takeetna, save room for one of these burgers, you'll be impressed.
