A delight from start to finish . Staff are warm, funny , friendly and super efficient. The food is always delicious and the setting is clean , well loved and inviting . There’s a great vibe about this place .

Spinach bread is amazing , the Brazilian limeade was so good we bought a second and Rhubarb and blueberry cobbler. delicious . The gent next to me had three cobblers …. Everyone raved about their food . The tuna poke bowl was a big hit

We’ve had some less than enjoyable meals and coffee stops during this trip but everything at Spinach Bread is outstanding .

During my visit to Talkeetna, I had the pleasure of indulging in Talkeetna Spinach Bread, and let me tell you, it was an absolute culinary delight! If you’re in the area, this gem is a must-try for food enthusiasts.

The moment I took my first bite, I was blown away by the burst of flavors. The spinach bread was perfectly baked, had a rich and savory taste that was incredibly satisfying.

Not only did the Spinach Bread exceed my expectations, but I also had the opportunity to try their Thai Curry, and it was equally phenomenal.

Visiting Talkeetna and not trying Talkeetna Spinach Bread would be a missed...

This review is from the Alaska State Fair in Palmer Alaska 2025. I love this bread typically but honestly this had too much garlic on it and was a little under cooked for me. They cook this bread on a big pan and then just cut it so your plate might be a little smaller or bigger, which isn’t a big deal because it’s really good. My daughter’s bread was cooked a little longer and tasted better than mine and she bought hers after mine. I still recommend this...
