Came in to shop for my dogs and was stabbed in the finger by a broken safety pin on one of the plush toys. I think they were using safety pins to hold the tags? I took the toy up to an associate, with a bleeding finger, to let them know and ask for a bandaid. The associate apologized, the other person, who I think was a manager, begrudgingly gave me a bandaid, did not apologize or ask if I was ok, and began complaining to the associate about the customers messing with the tags causing the safety pins to break.

There shouldn’t be sharp objects in the plushes to begin with. What if a child or dog had grabbed that plush before me? The way they handled the situation so nonchalantly and proceeded to blame the stores poor judgment on the customers was disappointing and they have definitely lost our future business...

DO NOT ANY UNDER CIRCUMSTANCE GET ANY BAKERY ITEM FROM HERE. It was my dog’s first birthday, so I took her to get a birthday cake. Turns out, in the birthday cake packaging, they had A TOXIC SILICA GEL PACKET THAT WAS SMUSHED INTO THE BOTTOM OF THE CAKE. My dog accidentally ate part of the packet and I am now at the ER with her while she exhibits reaction symptoms. There was absolutely NO WARNING label on the package that it contained a silica gel packet. There was no way I would’ve noticed the silica gel packet, even if I took the cake out of the container because it was so smushed into the bottom of the cake. I paid $20 for a cake that turned out to land my dog in the ER. Absolutely careless and ridiculous and I will NEVER...
