Circle Gallery — Attraction in Annapolis

I walked into this gallery fully vaccinated and they still made me wear a mask on May 18. I didn’t have one with me so I agreed to wear one of their disposable ones. After I put the mask on, the employee proceeded to tell me that I needed to double loop the ears, even though the mask was already covering my mouth and nose. I was wearing dangling earrings so this double loop thing wasn’t easily happening. I left shortly after. I can’t believe that as a fully vaccinated person, this woman was dictating how I needed to wear the mask, down to the ear loops! I will not...

This is a wonderful gallery that showcases some incredible artwork. Full disclosure: I had work in a show recently, but even when I dropped off my work, the show that was currently up at that time took my breath away. The level of artwork made me proud to have a piece in any show there, and I was pleased to see how many pieces sold - that's a sign of a robust arts community and a lot of support from the locals. I hope to visit again - that whole area of Annapolis is charming...
