Rainbow Shops — Local services in Arlington

I came into the store yesterday for my first time and instantly fell in love with all of the cute, stylish clothes and accessories. I was so excited to poke around and do some shopping in what I was sure would be a new favorite store of mine... Until I was trying to find an item and every time I would walk towards the women working to ask them for help, they would quickly walk away. When I took my items up to the front to check out, nobody wanted to come and check me out. Two women kept looking at each other and smirking, while one slowly made her way up to the counter. She didn't greet me, didn't ask if I found everything okay... nothing. It wasn't until after fully checking out and me telling her "thank you" when she handed me back my change that she actually said something at all to me. I thought they were very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I'm not sure what I did to warrant that kind of disrespect and treatment, but I can only assume. I'm heartbroken that such an awesome store has such opposite service from...

Today seem to be a busy day and many items to choose from right on up to the kid’s selection ,the staff still was pulling out some new items TO PUT ON THE RACKS and o tell y🫵🏽🧑🏻‍🎤👩🏽‍🎤it get harder to go in just for what you supposedly had went for in the first place!. But I tell you them 🤬🤐SALES 🤑THAT RAINBOWS 🌈 BE HAVING ALONG sorry

I usually wear an XL but decided to purchase a 3XL for more room. The jumper turns out to be skin tight. Like who's 3XL is that??? I also purchased a necklace because I wanted a little bling. I wore it from Saturday to Sunday and come Monday. My neck was so irritated it left scars. Not only that, the worker felt it was professional to use profanity in front of me and my young daughter. I would not have experienced the service at Macy's. And that's where I will shop...
