Since moving to the area, I wanted to find an all you can eat sushi joint. With a quick Google search, I stumbled across Ninja Sushi fifteen minutes away. Here's how my experience went. At first glance during the day, I thought I was going to find a business that was closed based on the outside. Once I stepped inside, I was pleased to find a super organized and clean establishment. I was greeted right away. The staff was always busy working. The sushi selection had a large variety of options. Sure, I ran into some that were empty but right after the first round, I came back to find more. I will write that I've had sushi from all over the country, including Japan and it wasn't bad at all. Most places get the rice wrong by either cooking it too long or too little but that wasn't the case. The hot buffet is where I ran into an inconsistency. The food had all three temperatures. Some hot, warm, and one or two cold. The udon noodles were a bit crunchy and I should have waited as items were being replaced as soon as I sat down. You redeemed yourself because I was able to go back and get some of the new, out of kitchen items. Staff was friendly and they always stayed on top of the refills. Oh, they have a chocolate fountain for dessert! Didn't rush me to stop eating or push me out, that's good cause because I'm still here writing this review from. I'll give the camera a wave. Overall, $16 for one person, all you can eat, is an awesome deal. I'll definitely be back.

We went to the location in Arlington across the street from the Ninja Ramen location. The only reason that I am leaving a two star review is because one employee made our experience worth staying the full meal. My girlfriend ordered a glass of cabernet and when it arrived at the table it looked extremely cloudy like it was old and had started to turn into vinegar. This is where the second star comes into play the waiter came over to check on us and instead of just bringing a Sprite like we asked for instead of the wine he had them open a new bottle and brought over a fresh glass. This by far was the best part of our experience the sushi was messy parts of the rolls were just sloppy the two end pieces had parts of the roll sticking out a good inch from the roll. Not only that but one of the rolls had a weird texture that made me feel like I was going to get sick eating it like it was left out for days and they just wanted to get rid of it.

We had a party of 5 with 2 kids and tried the buffet on a Sunday night. They have a salad section, hot foods section, fruits and dessert, and a sushi rolls section. I started with the hot foods and grabbed some noodles and fried seafood. They were good. The sushi rolls section has a lot to choose from. I was excited and wanted to try all of them. They were mostly ok, but maybe eating too many choices ruined the experience for me. After a while and 20 rolls later, they started to taste the same and not unique. I probably should have been more selective. The fruit was good. They also have large marshmallows that you can pour melted chocolate on. The buffet dinner price is $16.99/adult. I guess the price went up based on past reviews I read. Since the experience wasn't great, the price was a bit disappointing. Our waiter was very nice.

I really hate having to write a bad review., settle in because this is sh is crazy. It began innocently enough: my request for the grill menu at a place that boasted both sushi and grill. But when I asked the first host for the grill menu, he looked at me like I’d asked for a unicorn. “We don’t have a grill,” he said. The look on my face may have helped, While explaining to him, the words are in your name ...another host swooped in, more enlightened, and revealed the presence of the grill pointing, look right over there!! right under our noses—complete with hibachi, no less! Once seated—ironically, right next to the previously non-existent grill—the same clueless man returned to take our drink orders, then vanished into thin air, never to be seen again. No menus were provided, and no instructions were given. .... So with no guidance we turned our eyes to the buffet as the only option available and started grabbing food. The cost? Who knows? Not me. There were three buffet sections, one sushi, one hibachi, one dessert / salad. As for the sushi, let’s just say it was crafted with an eye towards frugality over flair. Thin slivers of fish perched atop Mount Rice-more—a sight so pitiful I resorted to scavenging the fish off the top like a freaking Sushi Ninja. Maybe this is why they call it so. The hibachi did promise steak, but what appeared could easily have been mistaken for gourmet dog chow. Customer Service was a concept as foreign as the promised "Japanese authenticity," with invisible waitstaff, well I shouldn't say invisible they were visible just not at my table, not even once. They did not clear a single dish, they did not refill a single drink. It took so long to get our check we were googling the legality of what constitutes dining and dashing. Then as if history was destined to repeat itself... I was told there was no hot tea available only "Japanese green tea" well I agreed to it and he brought it and I drank it. It reminded me of another beverage I'm familiar with.... HOT TEA F@#$!. That was my experience. Good luck and...

First time visit today. Absolute trash. I'm so serious. The sushi at Kroger is way better so there you go. Maybe if the sushi was fresh there could be potential...maybe. This restaurant needs a DEEP cleaning. Floors are filthy. Bathrooms disgusting. Just look at the corners and edges. Just grime and dirt pushed against the edges of the walls throughout the restaurant. Cobwebs with bugs...right by the door when you walk in. Like how do you miss that?? Now the service, I have NEVER EVER had such terrible service in all my life. The waitress Tina was forgetful and rude which I don't think was intentional...but to be honest idk...I kinda think she was just clueless. I had to repeat myself A LOT and she still would get things wrong. And you know people have bad days I get it but this was not the case. I almost about died when she started reaching over us to clean the plates. She didn't even ask if we were finished. She just reached over us, picked off our chopsticks( yes, I'm serious!) and placed them on a napkin, and then took our plates. Definitely unsanitary touching other people's eating utensils when they are still going to use them!!! I wish that was the end of it but nopeeee. Tina and her coworkers did not want to be there. AT ALL! You could hear them just talking about not wanting to be there or sighing when more people arrived. Then when we were leaving. I'm standing there saying my goodbyes to my family members...trying to get a quick picture( we were celebrating a birthday) and she was right there beside us!! Making her way to the table and putting on her gloves to clean the table. We were so uncomfortable that we finished saying our goodbyes outside. Y'all this place is bad. Go spend your hard working money some place else. I regret spending my...

My daughter and I walked in and the lady greeted us by saying "We close in 20 minutes" I responded ok. She said " just dont want you to feel rushed" i asked if they were going to rush us and she replies "no" so i said " then we wont feel rushed". Not even halfway through our meal the waiter asked us if we wanted togo drinks to which i replied " everything is fine, no thank you". He then came over and put the bill on the table saying " just so you can have this when your ready". There was one table in the restaurant besides us. Once the other guest left the wait staff started banging tables and chairs, making as much noise as they possibly could to let us know it was time for us to leave. The wait staff started filling up their togo boxes with left over sushi etc... They then turned down the lights. I tipped my waiter well because i am a waitress myself and he was fairly kind outside of trying to get us togo cups so soon. I frequent this restaurant with my daughter and have never been treated this way before. Yes i get it, you're ready to go home, but i felt rushed and unwelcome and for the first time i was extremely unsatisfied with the service and the way we were treated. They closed at 9, we left at 9:04 so i dont understand the blatant disrespect. It sucks to say that i will not be back. I work entirely too hard for my money to spend it in a place that's inconvenienced by a guest who walks in 20 minutes before close. When we left, no one said good bye, have a good night, nothing at all, it was made very clear that we were not welcome. They were rude and proud of it because after all they got what they wanted and that was for...
