I have been there 3 times already, and my experience here has not been so great. I came to this place with Groupon, whenever I order something, the boba tea came out fast, which is great. However, with the attitude of the worker need significant improvement- especially from my last visit there.
At my last visit, there was a crowd of people standing by the entrance behind me, while all the other tables were sat with people. After I placed the order of milk tea with the groupon and extra snack item on the menu, I paid $3.18 for the extra. I sat down at the empty table, the manager just cleaned to wait for the snack item I ordered. The girl who took my order asked me to get up from the seat and wanted me to stand by the door where the crowd is at, which made me really upset and uncomfortable. Furthermore, I asked for less ice for the milktea I ordered, yet there was still a lot of ice!
That is when I decided to ask her to cancel the order of the food item, and I told the girl who took the order, who then told the manager. The manager came up to me asking if I want to cancel the order when the order is almost done and remade the milktea after I addressed what was wrong with the milktea I ordered. I stood up by the table away from the crowd, debating if I want to keep the order and got the remake of the milktea from the manager.
I stood up there for not even 2 minutes before the girl came back and asked me not to stand by the table. That is when she crossed the line where I no longer want the snack order, I then told the girl again! The manager came out with the food, but I decided not to take it. I do not pay for anything when the staff has that kind of attitude- to ask me not to sit down at an empty table to wait for the food order, and expect me to stand up to wait at the entrance where the crowd was at. I am glad that the manager was at least kind enough to refund the food order. I will not pay a penny for terrible attitude from a staff
Unfortunately I have one more groupon to use, and after I use that, that will be the last visit here. I have had better boba places with better attitudes from the staffs. The manager did her best, but the staff is terrible, I think this explains why...

1st trip we tried the shrimp tempura, the pork gyoza (like a potsticker), and the chicken ball which were fried. Thise seemed odd on the menu but my kid loved.
2nd trip got the shrimp tempura again, and the gyoza (potstickers) again but this time added the pork belly mini sandwiches and the potbelly ramen noodle dish. We shared everything as usual and my son says they make the best food and to give them a 5-star review.
Look, their definitely not a 5-star location but for tasty reasonably priced food that is hot and tasty I definitely recommend. Twice we went the wait was about 10-15 to wait for a table. The service can be slow and it is a small restaurant. Nothing special about wait staff so no need to over tip. This is like fast food. A good place for kids to sample and have finger foods and a 1st date when you're on a budget or just don't feel like cooking. Read moreI’ve been coming here since 2017 and I’ve loved it up until today when my husband ordered a Taro Milk Tea and he tasted it and it was just milk and ice with some purple we’ve had that specific flavor many times from here so we know how it’s supposed to taste and my husband isn’t the type to go ask for a refund or have it remade so I went up for him instead and asked nicely if we could have it remade due to it having no flavor but the lady who took our order said some stuff and tried downplaying us on how it’s supposed to taste due to its color and I explained that we’ve been here many times and we know what it’s supposed to taste like and explained it has no flavor other then milk and ice so she remade it with a very nasty attitude If you can’t handle working a customer service job then you should rethink where you work.
