I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Aspen Sports due to a rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful salesperson. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel unwelcome, showing zero interest in assisting me and responding to my questions with dismissiveness and attitude.
Customer service is nonexistent here. Instead of offering guidance, this salesperson acted as if I was inconveniencing them by simply trying to make a purchase. Their behavior was inappropriate and unacceptable for a business that relies on customers.
