Fasching Haus - Managed By Frias Properties — Local services in Aspen

Very convenient location close to the Aspen ski slopes and a short walk to the buses to take you to the other mountains. The apartments are privately owned but managed by Frias so it is a bit of luck how modern/up-to-date the apartment you get is. Ours was very cozy and comfortable but a little dated, seats worn etc... but well serviced each day. I'd give the place four stars but for the front desk who really seemed to be a little lax and pretty incompentent. They had no idea of what it takes to perform a front...

An absolutely darling complex, super close to the lifts and a great short walk into the town center. Definitely spring for a deluxe condo or room - you won't regret it. Easy after hours...
